This poses a risk to the project itself and genuine users, hindering the platform's development due to illicit speculation or malicious software attacks.

We understand the issue, and we have already implemented a policy for users through artificial intelligence to verify user identities before unlocking transactions. Detailed terms:

- Successfully verified user accounts will be able to freely trade BEC.

- Unsuccessful verified user accounts will have all of their BEC revoked.

- Users whose identity verification is denied will have all of their BEC, including commission paid to their sponsor, revoked.

- If a referrer has over 50% of their referred members' accounts denied, their entire BEC balance will also be revoked.

There will be no exceptions for accounts that violate community development policies.
